Full Steam Marketing & Design is proud to acknowledge its relationship with the premiere Building Future Leaders award, created by the Monterey Bay Area Boy Scout Council and the Salinas Valley Builders Exchange to recognize the local construction industry and their generous contributions to the tri-county area.

The first annual Building Future Leaders award was bestowed upon Dave Watts, Chairman of the Board Granite Construction, Inc. at a formal banquet this week. The construction industry and Mr. Watts were featured in a four part video documentary created and produced by Full Steam Marketing & Design. The documentary was an integral part of the banquet, describing the need for such an award to recognize the valuable services that the construction industry provides local communities, how the award came to fruition and why Mr. Watts was selected as the first recipient.

The video documentary featured commentary from key figures in the local construction industry, describing their charitable contributions to benefactors such as the Miracle House and the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, Rancho Cielo outreach services for Salinas Valley at risk youth and the Emmaus House Abused Women’s and Children’s shelter in Hollister.

Full Steam Marketing & Design also designed the Building Future Leaders logo.

Full Steam made an additional donation to the banquet by creating table cards featuring logos of other event sponsors.
