After redesigning the Pacific Gold Farms logo and clamshell labels to better represent the premium quality of their strawberries and other products, Full Steam created an interactive website that allows the company’s expanding customer base to survey field crops on a daily basis and get detailed information on pack size, distribution, growing regions and more. Easy-to-use custom programmed editing tools allow the Pacific Gold Farms staff to make text and photo updates in-house. The sales force uses the website to communicate with retailers and brokers. And although it is primarily a communications tool for the trade, the website encourages consumer interaction as well through an email feedback form and online recipes.
